Terms of service.
These terms cover use of this website and the general terms of working with Slate Marketing LLC. Individual engagements are governed by their written agreement.
Services
Slate Marketing LLC provides web design, local SEO, reputation management, advertising management, and social media services. Scope, pricing, and deliverables are set in each client agreement.
Billing and cancellation
Yearly plans bill annually with setup waived and are non-refundable after the first 30 days. Month-to-month plans bill monthly with no long-term contract and may be cancelled with written notice before the next billing date. Setup fees are non-refundable once work has begun.
Guarantee
The 60-day Map Pack guarantee applies to the Omnipresence Build for agreed target keywords where the client's Google Business Profile is verified and in good standing. If the profile has not entered the Map Pack within 60 days, monthly fees are waived (or the yearly term extended) until it does.
Ownership
You own your domain, content, Google Business Profile, and ad accounts at all times. Custom code and designs are licensed to you for the life of the engagement and transfer on full payment of any setup fees.
Ad spend
Advertising budgets are paid by the client directly to Google or Meta and are separate from management fees.
Limitation of liability
Slate Marketing LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Search engine and advertising platform results depend on third parties and cannot be guaranteed beyond the terms above.
